Paracord Bracelet

Students up at BYU-I were selling these, as part as a business class and W really wanted one, but he didn't want to pay the $10.00. So I figured it out for him. He got the colors he wanted and i figured out the "Double Cobra" design, and this is how it turned out ...

Cabbage Patch Doll

I LOVED Cabbage Patch Dolls growing up. I had 2 (Sara & Sam) that were my favorite! Grandma W bought little P one for Christmas and she loves it! So I decided it was time to dig my old ones out. I then remembered that I had bought one while going to college. Well i never really liked her cloths, so I decided to switch things up. I had to make new bows for her hair though, so this is what I came up with.

I didn't have enough yellow yarn for the bows, so I used cream with Yellow in the middle, I thought it turned out so cute!

Toy Box

So if you know me, you know I really have a hard time paying much money for things, I was blog surfing and I found this awesome idea! I'm kicking myself for not saving the blog address because I'm sure she would come up with even more fun ideas. So, This is what you start with, which everyone usually has,

Cut off the top flaps....

Pick a color of this 

and this is what you get! A very CHEAP easy toy box!

I absolutely LOVE this! Its the perfect size to hold everything! Big enough to hold her toys that are always in the living room, but small enough she can reach in and get things out. 

Creation Station

Now, I don't have a lot of room to work with and I'm starting to get a lot of stuff. It's time to reorginize! Here is the beginning.

 

My husbands table is next to mine. He has a hard enough time with all the "girly" stuff so close to him, but this is what is happening ...

Ya, I've been running out of room, So if i could just have more room, I wouldn't have to do this. So this is where I'm going to start... Taking a few of these ...

And turning them into this ...

Hopefully this will be helpful when I get everything labeled and in their own place, I will be sure to upload pictures when its all done :)

So I found THIS blog and I LOVE it! I love finding new and fun crafts and activity's to do. One thing I'm going to make are some sock puppets. Cocoon

So ... how does it look? This is the first cocoon I've ever tried! No pattern, just my own ideas put together. These make great props for photographers. This is made with 100% acrylic yarn. This is great yarn for cocoons because if has some stretch to it. That way it can be more form fitting to the baby and works for all sizes. Price: $35.00

New Creations!

Check these out! I'm not finished with the owl hat, but I was too excited not to post a picture. I still need to add the ears and finish the eyes, she wore this out yesterday and so many people stopped to look at her :). The second one is a new headband for my little P. I was actually going to make it into an ear warmer but decided a headband with a flower would be cute! Hope you like!

NEW HEADBANDS!

I adjusted how I did the ends, but now also I can make headbands with out the flower if you are interested! 3 strand headband with no flowers are just 5$. With a 3 layer flower they are 10$. I can still make the flower adjustable. Please email for anyone interested in ordering one. These can be done in just about any color.

Hello everyone! Thanks for coming and checking out my blog! I hope you enjoy all the fun things that I make! I started crocheting a few years go and fell in love! It quickly became a hobby! My husband & I had our first baby Spring 2010 and were blessed with a little girl. I staretd to make flowers and hats of every color shape and size.
